The overall objective of the project is focused on analysis, design and piloting a prototype computer platform called CultivDatafor the “cultivation“ of open and public data and aspire to excellence in the agricultural sector in Extremadura.

How it works?

The platform will capture data from many different sources and formats for, onceobtained, apply Big Data techniques in order to create data modelsto obtain knowledge that may be useful to the stakeholders in the food industry.

Result

This knowledge will allow fundamental decisions to be made to improve the product quality, increase farm productivity and aspire to efficiency in marketing.
